Tokyo – new culinary capital of the world

This year the authors of the Michelin restaurant guide have prepared a surprise – “three star” rating was given to 8 restaurants in Tokyo (Japan). 5 of them (Hamadaya, Rfnda, Koju, Sukiyabashi Jiro and Sushi Mizutani) are specializing in Japanese cuisine and the other three (Joel Robuchon, L’Osier and Quintassence) offer French dishes.......All News
