The last weekend of February is the time for gourmets to hasten to the Italian Umbrian city of Norcia, which hosts the traditional Mostra del Tartufo. Organised February 23th – 24th , this is the mother of all the Italian truffle events. Local truffle caterers do their best to represent their goods in the most unusual, mouth-watering way.
