Heliopark Group acquired Sosnovaya Roshcha Resort

Heliopark Group acquired Sosnovaya Roshcha Resort in Crimea from TNK-BP. The company will invest over $10mln in the hotel reconstruction. Development will include construction of two new apartment complexes for about 60 thousand sq. meters in 2008-2009. Famous world architects will participate in the project. As a result, the number of rooms will be 40 % bigger, the hotel will also offer a wider choice of services.......All News
